Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Valencia Port Authority (APV) to prepare an updated strategic plan 2030, with a vision for 2050. The key objective was to ensure a sustainable future for APV that is aligned with the key trends and developments in the port sector, shaping the port for the future. Key services included are: diagnostics assessment, competitive analysis, trends assessment, strategic positioning, strategic planning, financial and economic analysis and defining implementation plan.
