Project Description

MTBS was hired by the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (PATT) to develop 5-year strategic plans for PATT and it’s three Strategic Business Units. To achieve this goal, MTBS conducted thorough internal and external analyses. The findings of these analyses informed multiple in-person workshops across the organisation, during which MTBS and PATT’s management jointly identified the organisation’s mission, strategic priorities, and required strategic actions.
