Project Description
MTBS and her Russian partner the Academy for National Economy (ANE) were selected as consultants to Rosmorport for defining the Strategy for Development of Seaport Infrastructure of Russia. The strategy consisted of (1) the selection of preferred locations for development of seaport infrastructure in order to meet future demand for all cargo segments and passenger transport in all Russian seaports, and (2) recommendations for the implementation of the optimal port management model. The time horizon for the strategy is short term (2015), medium term (2020) and long term (2030).
