Project Description
The Association of Caribbean States contracted MTBS to assess the development of maritime container traffic and container handling facilities in the Greater Caribbean region. In the light of the expansion of the Panama Canal, MTBS analysed the trends in container shipping and determined the current and future competitiveness of the ports in the region. The results of the study were presented at a seminar in Cartagena Colombia.
