Project Description
MTBS was hired by RVO, with the Embassy of the Netherlands in Vietnam as beneficiary, to identify which knowledge, expertise and infrastructure is needed for a port that is equipped for offshore wind energy industry. MTBS conducted a market sounding to map how Dutch knowledge can be deployed in capacity building activities and support to the Vietnamese private sector. All with the aim to contribute to the Vietnamese ambition regarding sustainable energy and climate change.
