Project Description

MTBS, as part of a consortium, was hired by the European Investment Bank to support the Seychelles Port Authority and the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine with the selection of an operator for the renewed and expanded commercial port in Port Victoria. Main tasks included the preparation of the bidding documents and a transition plan between the current and the future operator.
