MTBS was hired to provide a benchmark and present relevant case studies for countries / ports where existing concession fee calculation methodologies were migrated to reflect new calculation methods as part of updating the national ports legislation. MTBS provided case studies for six countries/ports to enable the National Planning Department of Colombia in setting up best practices for its private participation in infrastructure program.
