Project Description
MTBS was hired by the World Bank to develop a sustainable benchmarking program for the Ports Management Association of West and Central Africa (PMAWCA). The purpose was to develop a framework in alignment with international standards to measure the environmental performance across the different member ports. The benchmark program involved “hard” and “soft” environmental initiatives that are measured through an online self-assessment tool.
