Project Description
The Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority (GPHA) has contracted MTBS to undertake feasibility studies for potential business units (dry bulk, multi-purpose, containers, liquid bulk) and advising on the optimal transaction strategy for each business unit and 2) implement the four transactions for each identified business unit within the framework of the prevailing national PPP Policy. GPHA and the selected dry bulk terminal operator signed the 25-year concession contract in 2018.
