MTBS was hired by the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) to support the TPA in its organisational review and promotion of private sector participation. MTBS performed a review of the regulatory framework and structure of TPA, conducted a situational analysis of TPA’s operational strategy, analysed and proposed restructuring options and designed the preferred model for the proposed option agreed.
