Project Description
MTBS was assigned by the Port of Constanta to conduct a tariff benchmark for competing ports in the Black Sea as well as ports in the Northern Adriatic Sea. The objective of the project was to determine the port of Constanta’s competitive position within the region for a wide variety of vessels calling the port (i.e. containerships, dry and liquid bulk carriers, roro vessels and general cargo carriers).
