Project Description
MTBS and its consortium partner performed a tariff study for the Port Authority of San Pedro, Ivory Coast. Using the Activity Based Costing methodology, MTBS designed a new tariff book that promotes the port authority’s financial autonomy, maintains the port’s regional competitiveness, promotes the key export commodities and simplifies the overall structure and usability of the tariff book. The tariffs were tailored to both the current state as well as the proposed future state under the existing masterplan.
