Project Description
MTBS was contracted by the World Bank for the provision of technical advisory services to the Berbera port task force. The technical advisory services included an assessment of the insitutional readiness for private sector participation in the port of Berbera. In addition, MTBS assisted the Government of Somaliland with drafting a program to prepare the Government of Somaliland and the Berbera Port Authority for private sector participation in the port.
