Project Description
MTBS as part of a consortium was hired by Transnet National Port Authority in the technical validation of the port of Richard’s Bay masterplan. Transnet’s recently re-focused strategies and increasing demand for the port capacity triggered the development of a new port master plan. The plan focused the port on dry bulk and accommodating certain relocations triggered by plans to develop the Port of Durban into a container hub.
