Project Description

MTBS was hired by Teesworks to investigate synergy values for both an acquisition and a no-acquisition scenario. This included all current facilities and activities of the port region as well as future expected activities, with a strong focus on sustainable energies and Net Zero (LNG, offshore wind sector, carbon storage and capture, hydrogen). MTBS defined short-term opportunities and implementation steps and highlighted possible bottlenecks.
