Project Description
MTBS was hired by Transnet National Ports Authority as part of a consortium to perform a terminal performance benchmarking study for terminals in South Africa. The benchmark included KPI’s across the entire port value chain of various container, liquid bulk, dry bulk and break-bulk handling terminal across the globe. The study serves as a tool to identify best practices across the benchmarked terminals which can be implemented at the studied terminals.
