Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to provide a 9-day PPP course for employees of the Thai Marine Department in Bangkok. The main objective was to improve the capacity of the Thai Marine Department for the preparation and structuring of projects for the development, operation and management of sea port infrastructure with private sector participation. In total, 130 trainees followed the course, of which 90 executives.
