Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Port Authority of Luleå to structure the transaction to further develop the port. The port expects to increase its volume substantially through the supply of green energy. MTBS developed the request for qualification (RfQ), the financial model, the preferred shareholder structure, and the request for proposal (RfP) documents.
