Project Description
MTBS, as part of a consortium, was hired by the client to conduct a review of the full business case (FBC) report for the Ibadan inland dry port submitted by a private party on technical, financial, economic, legal, PPP and environmental aspects. Based on the review, the consortium was requested by the client to assist the private party in updating the FBC ensuring that it is compliant with Nigerian regulations.
