Project Description

Mandated by the Nigerian Federal Government and the Akwa Ibom State Government, MTBS acted as transaction advisor for the greenfield Ibom deep-sea port project in South-East Nigeria. The mandate comprised of the development of the outline business case (government policy on all technical, legal, social, economic, financial, and environmental aspects) and the preparation of the project’s PPP procurement process (covering transaction documents, processes, strategies, market testing, project marketing and decision making support).
