Project Description

MTBS was hired by the Industrial Park Development Corporation (IPDC) to provide transaction advisory services in relation to increased private sector involvement in developing the industrial parks of Bole-Lemi and Kilinto near Addis Abeba. MTBS conducted full feasibility studies for these two industrial parks and three waste water treatment plants, including PPP transaction implementation plans to involve the private sector in the further development of the industrial parks.
