Project Description

MTBS was engaged by Kenya’s PPP Unit within the National Treasury to provide transaction advisory services to Kenya Ports Authority for the re-development, operation and maintenance of Kisumu Port at Lake Victoria. The assignment included the project due diligence and comprehensive feasibility analysis to establish the commercial attractiveness and bankability of the project, the PPP transaction plan, the preparation of transaction documents and providing financial close support.
