Project Description
Red Sea Gateway Terminal Company Limited engaged MTBS to conduct transaction advisory services for the 8 priority concessions granted by Mawani. MTBS developed the successful expression of interest documents and performed an extensive analysis to confirm the most attractive assets. The project serves as a tool to assist the client in evaluating their investment opportunities and to be prepared for the following stages in the operator procurement procedures.
