Project Description

MTBS was hired by an investor to provide transaction advice for the PPP development of the Ghana Eastern railway line. MTBS developed a financial model to be used as negotiation tool for the Client in its concession negotiations with the Ghana Government. In addition, MTBS provided a strategic policy document with recommendations to make the project bankable on a BOT-basis.
