Project Description

MTBS was hired by Port of Rijeka Authority to conduct transaction advisory services for the Zagreb Pier container terminal transaction. MTBS executed the due diligence on all relevant project characteristics, including market & traffic, technical, operational, legal and institutional. After a go-ahead decision by the client, MTBS updated the relevant tender documentation and provided transaction support during the concession awarding procedure.
