MTBS M&A provided lead transaction advisory services to Meratus Group in its acquisition of an 80.19% stake in PT ICTSI Jasa Prima. From initial due diligence and the submission of a non-binding offer, up to and including the negotiations of the transaction terms, MTBS M&A supported Meratus Group in each stage of the process. PT ICTSI Jasa Prima is one of the international container terminals within the Port of Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Indonesia’s primary container port. Project has reached financial close in 2024.
