Project Description

Port de Sète – Sud de France engaged MTBS to provide support for the planned transaction for its container and multi-purpose terminal. The objective was to raise the interest from private bidders for this terminal in France’s second Mediterranean port. The performed services included: volume demand analysis, definition of a transaction strategy, including the identification of prospective bidders and assess their potential interest, preparation of a project investment memorandum, and a road show for market consultation.
