New Container Terminal Port of Tallinn

Project Description
MTBS has been selected by the Tallinn Port Authority as transaction advisor for the new container terminal Development at Muuga Harbour. The port of Tallinn has ambitious expansion plans for the container sector. To accommodate the future containerized cargo volumes and to meet the requirements of growing vessels’ parameters, the port authority constructed new terminal infrastructure. MTBS advised an operator/investor solution for the new terminal concession. In 2012, the Tallinn Port Authority reached a final agreement with Railgarant to operate and manage the terminal.
