Project Description
The Government of Niger has mandated IFC to assist them in the preparation and implementation of a dry port project in Niger under a PPP structure. The IFC has contracted MTBS as the PPP advisor for the project. Main services included a review and update of the traffic forecast, capex estimates and technical specifications, assisting in the data room preparations, input for the draft concession agreement, assist in Q&A procedures and provide support during negotiations with private bidders.
