Project Description

MTBS was part of a consortium that assisted Transnet Port Authority with the implementation of multiple PPP projects in the field of off-shore supply, ship repair & rig repair and shipbuilding. The Projects were located in some of the major ports in South Africa, including the major bulk export ports of Saldanha and Richard’s Bay. MTBS was responsible for the market analysis and the input for the financial model. In addition MTBS assisted with the PPP structuring and the implementation of the transactions.
