Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Tanzania Ports Authority, as part of a consortium, to update the national ports masterplan. This comprises coastal ports, lake ports, dry ports and river ports. MTBS’ experts performed the market assessment, SWOT analysis, strategic and technical options identification, quantification and selection based on financial and economic assessments. Further, MTBS executed a risk assessment and risk mitigation measures.
