Project Description
On behalf of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Ghana, the World Bank assigned MTBS to conduct a viability assessment of the Boankra Inland Port. The inland port should provide relief to the congested port of Tema and reduce costs for transport to the hinterland of Ghana and neighbouring countries. The assessment included the preparation of a traffic forecast, transport cost model, financial feasibility analysis and a technical due diligence.
