Project Description
MTBS was hired by Namport, the Namibian port authority, to advise on the preferred implementation model for a new container terminal in the port of Walvis Bay and to test the financial strength of Namport as a corporate authority. The project included a PPP analysis, concession structure analyses on the new container terminal as well an evaluation of Namport’s overall activities (including the port of Lüderitz) and its ability to service its financial obligations.
