Project Description
MTBS was hired to perform a feasibility study of the Walvis Bay new container terminal (NCT) in preparation for the expected near-term concessioning of the terminal. The feasibility study included a detailed commercial due diligence of the port’s commercial potential as well as touching on various critical technical components. The financial due diligence included a full feasibility and financing assessment of both Namport as conceding authority as well as the future concessionaire.
