A consortium including MTBS has been selected to advise the Port of Cork Company on the viability of the Ringaskiddy Terminal Expansion Project from a strategic, operational and a financial perspective. MTBS carried out a diagnostic assessment of the port, a SWOT analysis, a traffic forecast, a revenue, opex and capex planning assessment and MTBS advised on possible PPP and cooperation models and their strategic impact. The results served as input for a successful TEN-T application at the EU. MTBS has been engaged further in the project for implementation of the project.
