MTBS was selected as strategic and financial adviser to develop alternative port management structures and ownership models for the port of Brcko. The advisory services included a review of institutional and regulatory framework, identify necessary changes to facilitate the implementation of a concession. Furthermore, the development of alternative port management structures, the identification of necessary investments and an assessment of the financial and economical viability was included in the services.
