On Tuesday the 26th of March 2024, AD Ports Group announced that it has signed a purchase agreement with Inveco to acquire a majority stake in the Tbilisi Dry Port, a strategic port in Georgia. As MTBS, we are proud to have supported AD Ports Group by conducting the Commercial Due Diligence and Market Study for this important acquisition.
The Tbilisi Dry Port is a key logistics hub along the strategically important Middle Corridor – an emerging trade lane linking manufacturing hubs to consumer markets in Eastern Europe by leveraging a combination of sea and dry ports located in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and Türkiye.
